demands and causes of action arising from your child`s
participation in the program.

If you are wanting to withdraw your child from our classes,
please make sure that you give us 1 week notice via e-mail,
phone or written notice with (name, center, date, parents
name and signature) in the tuition box at your child`s facility
and your child will be withdrawn. Otherwise your child will
continue to attend classes and you will continue to be
responsible for your child's monthly tuition that has
accrued.
