Just 4 Flips
Classes
Since 2007,
Just 4 Flips has been successful in bringing
sport specific fitness to local schools and
recreation centers, Montessori schools and
day care centers, churches and youth groups,
as well as daycare/play centers run by
corporations for their employees. At
present, we teach over
300 children across 40 locations.
Our goal is to
be the best mobile gymnastics program in the Metroplex. Partnering with local public and
private facilities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth
area, affords parents many options to choose
from that work with your schedule and
budget.
Instructors
are trained to be encouraging and
motivating, emphasizing to children the
importance of doing their personal best
while supporting their classmates and
community.
By offering
our unique program to the children in an
atmosphere that they would never feel
uncomfortable or excluded, we hope to make a
difference in their lives by helping to
raise their self-esteem and help them to
realize that fitness and movement should
always be a part of their lives.
Core Curriculum
We teach a
progressional curriculum for children as young 18
months up to 12 years of age. Because we have a low
student to teacher ratio, our students receive more
individualized instruction than they would at a
traditional gym or academy.
Exhibition Program
At the end of each
term, students have the opportunity to participate
and show off their accomplishments at the Just 4
Flips exhibition programs which are scheduled during
the child's normal class day and time.
Parents and friends are invited to see
students perform in the Just 4 Flips Exhibition
Program to showcase
their new skills. Students receive a Gold
Medal and Certificate with skill sheet outlining
what they've accomplished in the Just 4 Flips
program. Gymnastics Mini-Olympics, Cheerleading
Pep Rally, and/or Dance Recital are held
every January & May.
Our programs
provide a great source of exercise and all children
will learn skills that provide a foundation of
fitness to help them in life. Students are
encouraged to invite family and friends to these
events.
