Registration
Fee:
There is a
$20 registration fee to enroll your
child. First time registrants will receive a
Just 4 Flips T-Shirt as a special gift for
enrolling in our program.
There is a
$10.00 ANNUAL Registration Fee which is
charged to your account each year.
At this time
you can pay your tuition by: Cash, Check or
Money-order made payable to "Just 4 Flips".
We do not
accept credit cards at this time.
Please make sure you write your child's name
in the memo section of the check.
RETURN CHECK
FEE $25.00
Tuition Agreement:
Please contact Just 4 Flips
for monthly tuition prices at the facility
where your child will attend. All prices
include 4 lessons per month, due the
FIRST
of each month. If payment is received after
the 10th of the month, a $5.00 Late Fee will
be added to your account.
Make-up Policy:
There will
be absolutely
NO MAKE-UPS
or credit
for missed classes. If your child is going
to be out for an extended amount of time,
please call our office and we will pro-rate
your account.
Insurance Coverage:
In consideration for your
child being in the Just 4 Flips program, you
hereby release Just 4 Flips from any claims,
demands and causes of action arising from
your child`s participation in the program.
Just 4 Flips does carry its own insurance.
Withdrawal Policy:
Parents
wishing to withdraw their child from our
classes will be required to provide 1-week
advance notice via e-mail, phone or
written notice with (name, center, date,
parents name and signature) in the tuition
box at the child's facility.
Otherwise
your child will continue to attend classes
and you will continue to be responsible for
your child's monthly tuition that has
accrued.
Photography:
Photographs
are used for local marketing purposes. If
for any reason you
do not
want
photographs of your child or video that your
child may be in, used by Just 4 Flips,
please e-mail or call our office directly.
